Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Because certain HitchHiker Baits products may be manufactured, poured, colored, assembled, or finished by hand, minor variations between individual products may occur. Such reasonable variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
We do not guarantee that the appearance of a product will be identical to photographs or digital representations displayed on our website.
Product descriptions, availability, colors, packaging, quantities, specifications, and pricing may be changed at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from HitchHiker Baits LLC.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, or other legitimate business reasons.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order enters processing or production, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.
If we cancel or materially modify an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or telephone number provided with the order.

All processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, natural disasters, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays outside our reasonable control.
If your package is lost, damaged, incorrectly delivered, or otherwise experiences a shipping problem, please contact us so we can assist you in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and HitchHiker Baits LLC.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by HitchHiker Baits LLC or for injury, damage, loss, disputes, or other claims resulting from products purchased from HitchHiker Baits LLC.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HitchHiker Baits LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your material violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify HitchHiker Baits LLC for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.
